Caroline has been a portrait artist for nearly 20 years, specializing in charcoal and ink and a variety of subject matter. Both self-taught and professionally trained, she has spent years honing her craft, creating original artwork and commissions from her home studio and showing her work in galleries around the country from the time she was a teenager. She takes the utmost care with her client's visions, ensuring each piece is meticulously crafted and sealed with a fixative upon completion to preserve the artwork and prevent any material transfer so you can enjoy your custom piece for years to come!

To begin your order, start by selecting the size of piece you would like done, then the "Number of Subjects" you would like portrayed in a single piece in the next window. You may also choose whether or not you would like framing to be included - framing is an additional $60 per piece. Base prices vary depending on product size and the number of subjects selected.
During checkout, you may include a note with any additional details. If shipping outside of Brantford is required, please select the "Commissions" option in the Shipping window. If you require delivery, please select the "Delivery" option (Brantford only). Once checkout is complete, please send an email to [email protected] and attach the image(s) you would like included in your artwork. Include your full name in the email subject line followed by "Commission" (for example: "Jane Doe Commission") Please allow at least 1 week from the date of order for artwork completion for smaller pieces, accounting for additional time for larger, more complex pieces. NOTE: The cut-off time for Christmas orders is December 5th. |

Portrait Sizing Options
**For those looking to place an order for custom artwork, there seems to be an issue with the "variations" drop-down selections, allowing only the number of subjects to be selected and not the option to add framing and paper tone selection. Until the issue is resolved, orders can be made via email to [email protected] with payment being handled through etransfer. In your email, please include the size of portrait you would like, the number of subjects, whether you would like grey toned paper or white, and your reference pictures. We'll get back to you asap with your pricing and proceed from there.

REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase for general merchandise (ie. greeting cards, bookmarks, etc.), and 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery of a custom piece of artwork to contact us for a refund via email. General merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Custom artwork cannot be returned, but is subject to a partial (50%) refund.
