Get Started!

  • To begin your order, download an order form

  • Refer to the price chart below for portrait sizes and the number of subjects you'd like to include - a "subject" refers to any one person/pet/vehicle/etc. If you would like a background included in your piece, additional pricing will be determined based on a "tier" system organized by complexity (see below). This will be determined by the artist and factored into your quote. See the Commission Gallery below for examples.

  • Want the complete package with a frame? A handpicked frame may be included for an additional $60 for pieces 20"x16" and under, and for $110 for pieces 24"x16" to 36"x24".

  • Delivery or pickup? In Ontario, there is a flat-rate of $15 for delivery without a frame, and $25 with a frame. Free pickup at our location in Brantford at 77 Diana Ave, Unit 170, and in London at 31 Penrith Crescent (select days only), and free delivery within Brant county!

  • Next, send an email to [email protected] with your completed form and attach the image(s) you would like included in your artwork. Include your full name in the email subject line followed by "Commission" (for example: "Jane Doe Commission")

Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date that work begins on your piece for smaller pieces, with extra time needed for larger/more detailed works. Commissions are completed in the order they’re received, and while I do my best to work promptly, each piece is given the care and attention it deserves. My goal is to create something lasting and meaningful—never rushed!

Sharing your experience means the world to me! Whether it’s for a commission you've had done, a market visit, your experience with drawing lessons, or just a kind word, your review helps others discover my work and feel inspired to bring a custom piece of their own home.

Charcoal Artwork Care – Quick Tips

  • All pieces are sealed with fixative, but handle gently to avoid smudging or oils from fingers.
  • Keep in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
  • Frame under glass or acrylic with a mat between the artwork and glass.
  • Avoid stacking or placing heavy items on your piece.

With just a little care, your artwork will stay beautiful for years to come!

REFUND POLICY
Full refunds are available if cancellations are made within 48 hours of placing an order – an order is considered “placed” once payment has been received. After this period, a refund of 40% of the order value will be provided up to 7 days after the initial order date, after which time orders will be non-refundable.

This policy reflects the costs incurred for materials purchased to fulfill orders and the time already invested in preparing them. By offering full refunds within the initial 48 hours, we provide flexibility for clients to change their minds while ensuring that after this period, partial refunds account for the resources and effort committed to each unique order.
