REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase for general merchandise (ie. greeting cards, bookmarks, original artwork, etc.), and 14 days from the date of pickup or delivery of a custom piece of artwork to contact us for a refund via email. General merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Custom artwork cannot be returned, but is subject to a partial (50%) refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in the event of a return being conducted through mail. Otherwise, returns can be made in-person to 77 Diana Ave, Unit #170, Brantford ON |
